Positive: Literally everything, bed super comfy and adjustable. Rainfall and handheld shower heads, great water pressure. Cute kitchen, well stocked with appliance, cookware, utensils dishes etc. Quiet safe neighborhood. Parking at gate, adorable, private sitting area outside. This was our second stay, if we come back to the area will always check the availability here first.

Negative: For myself and my husband truly can't rhu k of a thing.

Summary: A quiet,safe, lovely place to stay.

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable! The place was clean and accommodating for our needs.

Negative: We have a sensitivity to fumes. The air fresheners used were not to our liking. However we were able to unplug and bag them up for our stay. While we didn’t spend a lot of time there, the place does not have any windows so it may be a bit confining for some.

Summary: Well appointed, comfortable and clean. We would stay here again

Positive: Quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient, perfect location, wonderful host, provided with everything needed to cook there and not have to go out. Better than staying at a motel. We liked the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable bed.

Negative: Can't think of anything since it was so much better than staying at a motel.

Positive: Very clean, quiet, convenient location Bed was very comfortable and adjustable which was awesome to relax and watch TV. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils.

Negative: To my husband and I really there was nothing we'd change and would definitely book again and have already recommended

Positive: The LOCATION and discreet overall setup is awesome! (if you've been to the Delano hotel in Miami Beach , you'll understand!) Very Clean & Unique! Bed & pillows are very comfortable. Sarah has everything avail to you during you stay as if you were home. I would add..not for kids though hence;"dream space"..Someone for business trip or couple.

Negative: Toliet area sorta tight, (but bathroom is very nice and well done)the bed (craftmatic) didn't go up/dwn. would haved loved to use that extra feature. I prob didn't operate it correctly, but still 5 stars just for having it...! lol.
