Positive: Breakfast was simple with several options including hot and cold foods, bread, salad, cheese and tea and coffee.

Negative: Alternative plant based milk would be great to have with tea and coffee, and a variety of fresh fruit like bananas and grapes would also be a good addition

Positive: The hotel is very clean and definitely worth the price. It looks just like the photos, and the staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Located near the port and the local market, the hotel is in Kadiköy—a fantastic area with excellent connections to other parts of the city. This family-friendly neighborhood offers a wide range of dining options, plus nearby kiosks and markets where you can find almost everything, so there’s little need to visit the Grand Bazaar. Prices for food and other items are generally more affordable here compared to other areas.

Negative: Since Kadiköy is primarily frequented by locals, English isn’t widely spoken. The rooms and beds are a bit on the smaller side.

Positive: I really cannot fault My Dora as it was excellent in every way. It is a boutique-designed hotel on four floors, with a fantastic roof terrace with views out across the Bosphorus. I had a lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with rainfall shower head. The breakfast is very good and you can choose between a traditional Turkish salad and cheese breakfast, or pastries and bread. The tea and coffee is fresh. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. It is in a good, safe area with lots of restaurants.
