Positive: Easy instructions how to get the keys, as we were arriving quite late, outside the working hours. The apartment is in a very good area, well connected. Ferry terminal just outside, a lot of busses and metro is 15 min walk (next to a large mall). There are supermarkets round the corner and bigger ones within walking distance. Special thanks for: oil, salt, pepper for cooking, dishwasher tablets. When you come for a few days, you don't want to buy all those in big packs. Thanks, Suat!

Negative: The quality of bed linen could have been better. The ones there are too synthetic. On top of rather dry air (we are not used) it is quite unpleasant. But maybe this is just us. Not very quiet, but again, we are coming from a sleepy village, so, for Istanbul this was probably very ok.

Positive: The property had everything you need in a house it felt like home and it looked exactly like the pictures. Suat was really helpful and friendly whenever we needed something he was very attentive and helped with all our needs. The property also included things like washing up liquid, detergent so we didn’t need to buy it ourselves. The location was amazing we were 2 mins from the ferry station and bus station which made travel so much easier. We would definitely come again the cleanliness was exceptional.

Positive: Great location in Kadikoy, surrounded by a mix of affordable to mid-tier restaurants, bakeries, cute cafes, and a short walk away to either the ferry terminal and the inter-city train. Kadikoy is a busy area but this apartment is tucked away on a relatively quiet side street with minimal noise after hours (at least it was for us on the top floor). Suat is a lovely man who helped us with everything we needed during our stay and always had a smile for us. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
