Summary: Good place except for 1 specific point: The ad did not specify "Fan Only" which believe they should. We found out only when we arrived and was not allowed to cancel lest we lose everything we paid: so we had to top up 75% more to get the air cond room. . It is my opinion that this was "sneaky advertising". However, we are not disputing that this was a nice place.

Summary: Nice guesthouse with a view to Mekong and Laos. Unfortunately quite a lot of noise from a huge construction site just next to our room. The restaurant is good.

Summary: Simple guest house by the river, has a restaurant. Clean rooms, staff exelent ,meters from the promenade, bars and restaurants. Have stayed before, will stay again.

Summary: Very few Hotels are the same [in reality] as their Promotion Pictures. This one is. There is construction underway at present but, the noise is during Business Hours.
