Stay in this warm, comfortable home and enjoy the festivals, which occur almost weekly throughout the summer, go on tours to Fort Collins famous micro Breweries, including New Belgium and Odell Brewing Company. Close to the heart of Fort Collins public transportation (the Max), and the new CSU Football Stadium is just minutes away. Tyler, Old Town Avedon's Fort Collins native property owner, has many of his unique authentic Indonesian pieces throughout, including stunning 100 year old reclaimed teak counter tops and custom made kitchen cabinetry, all made by Tyler.

Summary: Perfect location in a very nice neighborhood! Walk to downtown. Hear the church bells & the train horn. Enjoy the squirrels & bunnies. Play the neighborhood personal mini-golfs. House was cozy & comfortable ; just right! Love the subtle Indonesian decor. Kitchen was nice with wooden counter tops; whole house is nicely remodeled & upgraded. Owner is super nice & close by.

Summary: We were in town for a CSU visit and a concert in Old Town. The home was as advertised and the location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Great walkability to Old Town and off street parking. Would recommend.

Summary: House is located in an excellent location - walking distance to Main Street with shops, bars, restaurants, etc. our family of 4 walked to dinner every night. It was perfect! And for any runners out there, short run to park and running trails. Property was clean, well maintained and perfect for our 3-night stay. Tyler was great, communicated well and very accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Summary: Came up for a CSU event for our high school senior. House is in close proximity to both old town and the CSU campus. Will definitely be back for future visits.

Summary: Great location and darling bungalow. I took my teenaged daughter and 80 year old parents to visit my CSU student. We had a great time cooking and hanging out at the house and making it our home base. Tyler was awesome and very accommodating. My only worries we’re that there isn’t a railing on the front stairs…my folks are prone to losing their balance and I was worried they would fall. Secondly we would have loved a second bathroom or a powder room even. All the stars otherwise. I will definitely return! Great value for the money! And 1000 times better than staying at a hotel.
