Sliding doors lead to the largest outdoor deck with an electric grill in this boutique building. The deck has a curated space for outdoor dining and entertainment with a few fun outdoor games to loosen up before heading out to downtown Nashville, which is minutes away. Have some fun posing in front of a mural done by one of our favorite Nashville muralists as well as the cool neon angel wings.
The apartment is located IN THE CITY, and with that there are some city noises like traffic. We offer a sound machine for a relaxing night!

Summary: Great place, we had 6 ladies for CMA fest. Loved the openness of living room and kitchen. Outdoor furniture needs updating as it was mildewed. And 2 green chairs need replacing. Feel like they are wobbly.

Summary: Good proximity to Broadway. We walked it once but Ubered the rest. Not a bad walk, just a little too far for 60. House was well equipped and comfortable. It was a nice retreat from the activities.
