Positive: Imran was very hospitable. I connected with four really cool guys whilst I was there. The place was run on trust. It felt like everyone was kind. I like that Imran kept the quality of air in the room clean, by opening windows during cooler parts of the day, he also used a beautiful aroma scent to freshen the room, before the evening set in.

Negative: I was worried about my stuff, the lack of facilities to lock your stuff up was initially a worry. However, I also realised that this was a brotherhood of men who appreciated and respected one another. I left my stuff completely unsecured and of course nothing happened. During my 5 day stay.

Positive: Everything is great. The location is great. It's in the city center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's one kilometer from the bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and there's no odor. The landlord is very nice, warm and friendly. There's a kitchen available, and three toilets are very convenient. Other guests are not noisy at all. Everything is very good, perfect.

Positive: The location is very good. It's well connected to many places to visit in Muscat. There are travel agents, good restaurants around. The host was very friendly. He made sure we are comfortable, and attended every request we made. Very reasonable price.

Negative: There could be one table and chair. Not good for those who are planning to work from Muscat. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner.
