Positive: The beds were comfortable! It was much quieter and calmer than staying in Venice. Easily reachable directly from venice airport and easy to get to venice proper using the 7, 4.1, 4.2. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of kitchenware. The place was very clean. Dario and Elodie were wonderful and communication was very prompt. Amenities were within easy walking distance.

Negative: The physical set up is a bit odd as the 3rd bedroom is directly linked to the 2nd bedroom through stairs. This can make it difficult for people sleeping up there to go to the washroom at night without waking others and requires using stairs at night. It is also warmer on the 3rd floor despite AC - a fan would be a good idea. The TV on the 2nd floor was glitchy. These are minor things though.

Negative: The windows need to have screens installed. The mosquitoes were pretty bad and the apartment would get very warm if you didn’t open the windows.

Summary: Nice apartment very close to the vaporetto for easy access to Venice. Friendly staff

Negative: It was difficult to figure out how to use the dish washer and washing machine. Also the fridge leaked.

Positive: This house was perfect for a family stay with 2 teenagers. We loved the modern design it had everything we needed. The house was situated in a quiet courtyard a short walk from the river bus stop on Murano from which we were able to explore Venice every day using the reliable boat services ( we bought 3 day passes). Murano was lovely and peaceful, plenty of choices of places to eat, local shops and supermarket nearby etc.
