Positive: Beautifully modern apartment with new facilities and a large TV. The location was extremely clean, safe and within minutes of the shops and water buses to Venice city. The owner was very friendly, even when we misunderstood where to collect the keys. We were also offered a visit to El Salvadore, a glass blowing factory belonging to the owner's husband, where we were made very welcome. Would definitely recommend the LUME family apartment!

Negative: Some plants, including artificial if easier to maintain, would complete the apartment's sense of comfort. Also, it would have been useful to have some herbs and spices, or at least salt and pepper, provided for cooking.

Positive: The lady who met us for the keys was very nice and helpful. She even got some frozen pizza from her own fridge for one of the starving kids as all the shops and restaurants were closed! Apartment just renovated so very nice.

Negative: All good. Rien a signaler.

Summary: A very nice place to stay in peaceful Murano which is close to Venice but seems like a world away.
