Summary: Charming, well located property. The inn keepers were very helpful and accommodating; they prepared a wonderful to go breakfast complete with snacks for our travels when they learned we had to depart early to catch our flight. The room and bed were very comfortable; best night’s sleep in a very long time. Highly recommend and really hope to come back and stay.

Summary: Our stay at the Munro house was delightful. The rooms were nicely decorated and functional for our needs. There was A/C to beat the heat and create a comfortable environment. The owners were very friendly and the breakfasts prepared by Chris were thoughtful and delicious. We had great conversations with Chris and his family. The house felt secure and it was comfortable like being at home. The jacuzzi tub in our room was a bonus which was great for my sore back after a 4-hour drive. Overall, we loved the Munro House and plan to stay here again whenever we are in the area.

Summary: It’s a beautiful house. We stayed in the George room which was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Kris the owner helped us out in a tight situation and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Beautiful historic home with amazing character, surrounded by stately trees together with lovely flower beds that line the front walkway. A peaceful setting and wonderful respite after a weary day of travel, a welcoming host, and the unexpected surprise of live piano music (so capably performed by the owner’s son) all made for a truly memorable experience.
