Positive: I loved the location, very close to the lots of public transport and shops along with museums, the heating in the place made it nice and cosy, the TV was a nice touch even though I couldn't understand anything except for a word here or there, the rooms were nice and tidy, hot water was available all the time. Overall a great experience

Negative: I didn't like that the kitchen was missing an oven or an air or oil fryer to make up for it but that may not be a problem for some

Positive: Location was ok. Reasonable distance from underground and tram. Host responded to our request for extra bed.

Negative: Cleanliness was lacking. Especially in bathroom and kitchen. Due to it being in basement entire apartment smelt musty, maybe even some mold. Host never responded to any of my messages for changing check in and out times.
