Positive: Location near the Chiplun station and Goa Highway. The place was very quiet and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean and neat. The owners are also very helpful .

Negative: Only tea, breakfast, lunch , dinner etc are not available at the place. For that you need to go out to the nearest restaurant which is good .

Positive: Visited here for 2 days recently, location is very near to the Railway station 2 mins walking. The rooms are very nice seems recently made, clean and maintained with all the required facilities. The owner is available there always and very helpful & well spoken.

Negative: Market place is very far from this place food and other options are very limited near by this. Carry all basic required things to avoid issues at last moment. It would be better if the owner can provide tea and basic breakfast options.
