Positive: Staff was very helpful. They helped to organize flowers delivery for mother. Though it would have been nice if they had congratulated her themselves. Some small token of appreciation as we stayed there for her birthday. I also loved the face massage by Tsiuri. Very professional. Check it out!

Positive: Honestly, one of the best hotel stays in a long time. Upgraded right at check-in, completely unprompted — already a great start. The design is truly impressive: tasteful, considered, and beautiful throughout. The pool area in particular is a space you actually want to spend time in, not just pass through. Fresh air, peace, and pleasant outdoor areas where it was easy to find your own spot. The restaurant food was delicious, with generous portions, and breakfast had a good variety. Staff were warm and attentive throughout — felt looked after without being fussed over. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back.

Positive: It's quite a big resort and our rooms were clean. However, there were some ants at the breakfast buffet. The lady that checked us in was really friendly. The room was spacious.

Negative: The breakfast buffet was quite limited. They say that they have a spa, but you can only use it f you book it in advance
