Positive: - The room was ok and clean - Accurate times for the airport transfer - Helpful staff although the seem angry ( maybe because of the language)

Negative: - No one speak English - They wanted to take 100 GEL to bring us an extra pillow - It wasn’t a real breakfast but just a baked cheese pie - They took 20 GEL to drive us to the airport although it was stated Free shuttle bus

Negative: They didn't meet us at the airport even though promised to. The breakfast was tasty but only options was fast food (pastry)

Positive: Great location - just 10 minutes with free transfer from Kutaisi airport! There is a 24-hour cafe with incredibly delicious Georgian fast food! And you can ask to change the included breakfast to dinner if you leave too early. Very clean, comfortable and air conditioned room.

Negative: Keep your windows closed, there is a noisy road and truck parking near the building. The rooms are located on the second floor, so it may be difficult to carry luggage (if you have any) upstairs.
