Positive: The view in our penthouse apartment was amazing. The neighborhood was a bit out of the center, yet really enjoyed it. All the staff were so kind and exceptional really, especially our cleaning lady. Always left our room spick and span everyday, fresh towels, bottled water. The wifi was solid, safe motorcycle parking garage.Very comfortable bed, and could do light cooking as well in our apartment.

Negative: I think its a bit pricey, guess its Da Nang. And also would be nice if our apartment was slightly bigger.

Summary: Amazing view from the top and excellent staff.

Positive: I booked this flat because the previous reviews gave good rates about this property, however my experience wasn't so good and I probably wouldn't book again. The building is new, the flat is alright, the flat and the bathroom have a good structure. The property offers a very simple gym and a swimming pool. The receptionist called May was lovely every time we had contact with her.

Negative: Entering the flat was a shock as it was full of clothes moth everywhere. We had to complain three times for it to be properly cleaned and removed. Reception: The customer service was poor. The main contact of the property is the owner's son and his English is quite basic, also he is always busy making coffee for outside customers that come to the coffee shop that they maintain in the lobby. Flat cleaning: It was a very bad cleaning service offered. The corners were super dirty. They never washed the bathroom during the whole month we stayed there. They forgot to refill the amenities every single day. We complained many times but they never took it into consideration. During the whole month we stayed there we never saw them cleaning the swimming pool or the gym space. One day the gym was so dirty that I cleaned it by myself. On the day we were supposed to check out my mother had a back pain and she couldn't move, which made us extend for 4 more nights. However, the receptionist and the manager made it really difficult. I felt really uncomfortable with their lack of sensibility about the situation. All the fuss felt like because it was the independence holidays and they didn't want to give attention to other customers apart from the Vietnamese customers. As commented before, the building itself is nice and quite new, however the maintenance and the cleaning needs a great improvement.

Positive: This beautiful, welcoming and spacious hotel has the kindest and most generous hotel staff who went above and beyond to make sure that I received everything I need. The pool is clean and beautiful and faces the mountains. I would definitely return back here.
