Positive: The location. The room and Bathroom were very clean. The services by the staff was excellent.

Negative: This homestay was in a beautiful location. Drive was lovely. Everything was neat and clean. Very spacious place. The staff was excellent. Vaishnavi the cook made very tasty fish thali which was excellent. It was a night halt for us as we were travelling from Mumbai to Goa. But would highly recommend it.

Positive: Everything! This was an actual homestay in its true sense. Right from the moment we entered till our departure, it was an amazing experience. If you get here, try and meet Gaurav (owner of this homestay), he makes you feel as if you have known him for a long time. He ensured the stay was awesome. The staff is worth mentioning, just too good. A special mention to the food, I would recommend it if you stay here, please don't experiment with food anywhere else, just have your meals here, they are yummy and unlimited. I had both veg and non veg Thalis and they were freshly prepared and lip smacking good. This place is quite remote so you probably may not get the connectivity (depends who is the network service provider) but I enjoyed this time as I was away from the phone. To sum up, I feel this is going to be my place to stay whenever I am back in Ratnagiri. Thanks Gaurav and thanks to the staff of Vishwas Homestay, you made our trip worthwhile.

Positive: It is a wonderful property located within a small village surrounded by lush green vegetation. The facilities are very good and the owners have a vision to install a charger for electric vehicles. To top all of this is the very welcoming and the resourceful staff. Joshi's, the owners of the property take personal care of their guests and are constantly in touch.

Negative: Not to nitpick however an electric kettle with tea/coffee provisions would be helpful.
