Positive: Very Nice renovated apartment with central location. Clean and friendly welcome. “Gràcia” suburb is great for a less “touristy” stroll.

Negative: Even though you’re on the 4th floor, the windows are thin and you can hear the street. Single beds are a little squeaky.

Positive: The best guesthouse we ever stay! It is a historical building with over 100 years history. The location is perfect in Barcelona! It is in the center of city, but not in the tourism zone. It sits in a local resident area and surrounded by lots of local foods and shops. It is very safe, we always walking on streets in midnight to search foods and bars. Walking distance (5 min) to Casa Mila. It is spacious and very comfortable for a family with 4, a big kitchen. It is very clean. Especially the service from the owner, Mr Serrano, and the bellman, Mr Alex. Definitely we will stay here next time in Barcelona!
