Summary: formidable reception, Ana is great, wonderful & friendly staff but strange location wiht somewhat difficult road to access the property by car. Loud music around the pool in the afternoon is a bummer.

Summary: Ive seen other reviews about the fact the hotel is not to a good standard and needs refurbishment. However the way I would describe my room is minimalistic arty vibes. Very zen and relaxing with beautiful features displayed on the walls and cleverly laid out. This was for a Family suite. A very minor suggestion would be that the room should have a kettle so hot drinks could be prepared and a set of draws to allow for items that cannot be hung to be put in. We had to keep opening tbe cases to get to items. The only minor issue I had was that whilst the room did have a television as the signal was bad it didnt function . Suggest a technician checks this out and provides stronger signal for the hotel otherwise its pointless having the televisions in the rooms. Regarding the bar by the pool it requires a better selection of hot beverages. I rarely drink coffee but there was only chamomile tea available. My stay was for a week but most guests visit Tinos for only a few days. If you struggle walking and do not hire a car there is an uphill climb from the main road and a steep slope to access the hotel. Distance to beach is very near despite other reviews saying its 20 minutes. Its more like 10. Like most hotels abroad the pool is not heated but most days it was fine to use. Tinos is known to be a windy island so on such days wherever you would be its likely that the pool will be cold. The area around the pool was smart and very relaxing.
