Summary: Our go to hotel for visiting family that lives in the neighborhood. Kept up rooms (been staying here since 2021(?)) and great location. Good coffee and pastries for the morning. Comfortable beds.

Summary: It is a cool trendy spot in an amazing location. The rooms are nice but a bit too small compared to The Standard where I've stayed before only a few blocks away. They charged me $35 daily additional to my reservation for some bogous scheme where they give you $20 back in breakfast or drinks, seemed annoying that they nickle and dime, and the $20 coupon is kind of not convenient so it goes to waste.

Summary: Our room did not have a single chair to sit on, it had no mini fridge, and only had a small trash can in the bathroom. We were also put in a handicap room though we did not request such, and so the shower water flowed all over the bathroom floor. Not ideal. Beds were comfortable and overall the staff was great! The cafe/bar by the lobby was nice and convenient in the morning.
