Positive: Staff were unfailingly helpful

Negative: Shuttle bus could have done with a little more detail. and indication of taxi fare would have made it a preferable choice for me. As it was, I wandered around Munich Airport where the signage was uninformative and at that hour several information kiosks were unstaffed before I ended up at a different terminal . The hotel's offering seemed to be limited to a private limousine at EUR75++. In the event, a taxi was only about EUR25+tip.
