Summary: Always a good stay

Summary: The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was pretty standard but totally fine, and having free coffee available all day was a great bonus — we really appreciated that! The only thing I didn’t love was the parking situation, but honestly, that seems to be the case in most big cities around Europe. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning to drive.

Summary: Welllll, if you've ever been on a cruise ship, that's the size of the room and bath. Room did supply you with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, that was a plus. Our room had twin beds. Lumpy, lightweight mattresses on an Ikea platform type frame. No closet, no drawers for clothes. TV selection was awful, no HBO for Movie channels to watch. In 9 days, maid never changed the sheets. Towels were changed daily. No face clothes. Daily breakfast for $34 was like the Hampton Inn. No free coffee, $2.00 for black, $2.50 for milk.
