Positive: Location, parking, the friendly and accommodating staff, the convenience of the apartment, the very good breakfast served in the apartment. Communication with Charlotte was efficient and easy.

Negative: Noise from the street at night as the bedroom is at the front of the building

Positive: Beautiful, inspiring place to relax, read, work and live. Lovely touch to have real tea and teapot, for those of us not going to make any use of the ubiquitous coffee capsules.

Negative: It may perhaps be time to find a new home for the taxidermy swan and invest in a slightly more current/larger TV, for those that want to use it, it's a bit tiny for such a lofty space.

Positive: Very spacious, comfortable bed and all the amenities, apartment has everything you’d need

Negative: Booked this place mostly because it’s breakfast but found out the cafe is closed on Monday so we still got breakfast in the room but it’s definitely not the same. Also was hoping to charge the car at the car park but charging station didn’t work for our car.

Summary: Nice quiet location, great service though disappointed we couldn’t use the breakfast facilities on a Monday

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Charlie's Bed and Breakfast. The checkin process was easy, Charlie met us at the cafe a few doors down and handed over the key. We also had a vehicle and were happy that there was a place to park just two doors down with the accommodation (small fee for parking). The room was larger than we anticipated, you can tell Charlie put a lot of thought into the design, everything was well done. You're on a busy street, with cafe's and a metro line, the windows are double glazed, so you hear none of this. We were in Antwerp during some hot temperatures, we appreciated the air conditioning. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Positive: This is a lovely apartment in a nice part of the city. The high ceilings and stylish decor are great. Charlie is really friendly and helpful and runs an amazing cafe a couple of doors down the street.

Negative: The towels could be bigger. The street outside is busy, a bit of noise but to be expected in such a great city location.
