Summary: The staff was great. The room was OK, except for the outdated furniture. The bathroom was tiny and the tub was in need of caulking. We had an upstairs room and the stairs were uneven. Three different riser heights. The balcony walkway was very narrow and had chairs that made it difficult to walk down.

Summary: It was very pet friendly. Our only issue was the stairs. My husband has to use a walker or a cane so that was an issue. He has just recently started oxygen and the machine is very heavy . I totally forgot about having that darn thing having to accompany us but we managed, We are in our 80s or it wouldn't have been an issue.
