Positive: The flat is a lovely unit in a beautiful part of Canberra with probably a one in a million view of Mt Ainslie equally enjoyed from either its expansive deck or the living room couch thanks to the wonderful window wall. The beds and couches are comfortable. Kitchen is nice and sufficient. One of the few places we have stayed with a little bit of unique style infused and the only one we’ve stayed at in a long time with live houseplants.

Negative: Check in AND check out were very inconvenient involving driving or walking about 1 km away to give a man in a store a code who will then give you the key. The instructions were also insufficient for the 3 of us to easily identify the unit, not made any easier by the requirement to use a 3rd party website, or available parking, which was just listed to the effect of “street parking is available.” (Spoiler: there was no street parking available when we arrived to check in.) It was difficult both to find the residential entrance to the building and to find the unit within the building (not on the floor we expected based on the unit number). All this is a shame because it could otherwise be a 10/10 accommodation.

Negative: We stayed for 5 days basic needs like facial tissues were not there shower gel.enough for 1 day for 1 person. Can do better with the basic amenities.
