Each bedroom has a king bed which can be split into 2 singles, plus an option for a rollaway bed, a total of 5 separate beds. 2 secure basement parking spaces. Pets will be safe in the fully fenced, private and secure courtyard (not possible for pets to escape). Free unlimited wi-fi, 40 inch digital TV with Netflix. Modern kitchen. A 12-minute walk to the centre of Canberra City and 100 metres away is a light rail stop that goes straight to EPIC.

Summary: What a lovely surprise, to find this place even better than it looked online! It really felt like home for those few days - very well equipped and such comfortable beds. The location is very central and easy to walk to lots of places from there, with a great Sunday market just down the road. Many thanks to Todd for the excellent communication throughout.

Summary: We were 4 adults & 2 medium dogs. Never felt cramped. It was very hot but the aircon & fans kept us cool inside & the courtyard had plenty of shade. Walking distance to the city & great bars & restaurants within 5 mins walk. Easy access to main roads for sightseeing further away. Good laundry and kitchen facilities, great parking for two cars. We'll definitely be back & recommend to friends who regularly go to Canberra but stay in hotels.
