Positive: This apartment was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms was a big bonus. There was a laundry room in the basement that guests could use in the evening- this was convenient but also challenging to get an open washer/dryer.

Negative: Unfortunately once we arrived, I sent 2 different messages to our contact person regarding how to order breakfast and how to adjust the heat but there was no response. As far as bath started products, we had only body wash.....no shampoo or conditioner. There was also an individual coffee maker to use, but no starter coffee/sugar, etc. We checked at the grocery store and there was only a big amount available to sale (which did not fit our 3 day stay) so the coffee machine was of no help to us.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, but lacking a couple of basic necessities.
