The house is located within driving distance of the most beautiful and entertaining places Pennsylvania and New York have to offer. We are directly across the street from the Allegheny River, which offers great kayaking, fishing, and swimming opportunities. The town of Port Allegany is 3 miles down the road, so you are not far from stores and restaurants. The property is 5 acres that has blueberry and blackberry bushes. Horseshoe pits, cornhole, and Frisbee golf available. The second and third floors are accessible to guest, but the basement and some closets are not. Summary: The space was so well thought out, it had every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen was fully loaded to include spices. The coffee bar was fantastic. Chase our sponsor was absolutely so accommodating. He had games and there were TVs in all the bedrooms. We had 11 total people and we had plenty of room to gather. All you needed was clothes to wear at this VRBO. It will be my go to place for all future visits to PA. The horseshoe pit was a big hit. We wish we had more time to utilize the fire pit. The house had been renovated and the decor was so charming. This VRBO was the best one I’ve ever been to.

Summary: If Icould give this 10 stars I would. We stayed the weekend, visited Kinzu Bridge and Elk viewing areas. Unfortunatly did not see any Elk, but beautiful drive. Not alot of restaurants or activities nearby, but the home had everything from games, spa jacuzzi, outdoor trails and games. If I had to give any critique it would be close to busy road, but they can't help that. With heater/fan running it wasn't too bad. The hosts have an eye for decor and thought of literally everything you could need while away. Quick to respond, easy check in and check out. Will be staying next year. Thank you for going above and beyond for your guests.

Summary: House was clean and well organized and stocked chase was quick to respond with any qustions we had or needed anything or even great to notify us about anything would definitely recommend him and stay there again there was plenty of space for all 8 if us
