Peaceful mountain house in the Catskills between Woodstock and Hunter on a 12 acre cores. The house is warm and comfortable to accommodate 10 people. 5 bedrooms, 5 and 1/2 bathrooms, a private heated pool ( closed from Columbus Day until Memorial Day), a private tennis court, an 1,000 sqf deck with a 10 people hot tub, a BBQ grill and wood oven. Additionally there is a 700 sqf separate playhouse that has a ping pong table, a pool table and a foosball table as well as a living room. In the main house, there are two living rooms, one with a fire place and another one with a large TV with an apple TV/Netflix. There is a Sonos system with 4 sections. There is also a steam bath for 8/10 people. There is wireless high speed internet all over the property. We can organize for you private tennis lessons (in our court), and guided tour for hiking and visiting the beautiful natural falls. We also have two fire pits in great locations within our property. This house is the perfect getaway for those who want to disconnect the mind from the stress of the day to day life and find a relax environment and sportive life.

Summary: I have to say this was one of the best decisions I've made when booking a getaway. The home is amazing, the photos don't do this place justice. Very quiet & peaceful area to relax and just enjoy with friends. The host were so responsive with any and every question I had. Upon arriving to the home I was met by the manager who was lovely. Gave a full tour of the home, explained all the in's and out's. Then was fully available whenever I had a question during my stay. This was a 10/10 without question and look to book again in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing me to rent your home.

Summary: Very nice house interior Heated pool doesn’t heat above 77 degrees Fire pit has very little seating Seating on deck for lounging very uncomfortable. No ice maker and freezer difficult to open. Overall nice house, but clear it’s not updated.

Summary: We stayed for 1 week with our two sons, their wives and children.....and had a great time! This house is in a very remote location and is accessible by mountain roads if you want to go to Saugerties, Tannersville, and Woodstock, but there is so much to do right on the property. The grounds and house are gorgeous -- everything was "as advertised" and in impeccable condition. There was plenty of space inside & outside! Everything was well-maintained & we totally enjoyed having our own pool, tennis court, whirlpool, game room, etc. Communication with Roberta, the owner, prior to our visit was excellent as she responded timely to several questions that I had. Upon arrival we were met by Analia, the caretaker. She was wonderful as she gave us a great tour of the property and provided her cell number if we had any questions or problems. When I contacted her a couple of days into our stay to see if the pool temperature could be raised, she had the issued solved within a few hours. Thank you Roberta......my family had an awesome stay in your home!

Summary: Skied for 4 days with family. House is modern with beautiful kitchen and great amenities. Somewhat remote but very quite place. Definitely recommend Owner was very responsive.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay, got lots of helpful information about our stay and the surrounding area from the owners. Make sure you get the driving directions before you get out of range for cell signal, the gps directions won't get you all the way to the house. Overall would definitely recommend.

Summary: We had an incredible weekend staying at Roberta's house. It was comfortable for a large group, clean, with lots of activities and amenities. There was also the option to have a chef grill for us which we did Saturday night and the meal was absolutely delicious. Could not have been a better weekend.
