Positive: Good location. Easy to deal with. Beautiful place.

Negative: Beds were uncomfortable. The floor layout was not what I was expecting which made a pain after previous planning. Would have preferred to have three twins in one room instead of a queen a twin. The hidden fees were crazy. Clean up was expensive especially for having to leave to place clean as we showed up.

Positive: Excellent location about a quarter mile from Rim Shoals boat ramp. Good kitchen for meal prep. Gas grill and fire pit(fire wood provided)outside for hang out time. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, etc. Traditional and Keurig coffee options. WiFi and Cable tv. View of the river in the Catch/Release section. Easy access and check-in process.

Negative: Pictures showed 3 separate beds in one room but that has been changed to 2
