There is some day time traffic noise on the road, but the traffic thins out in the evening and on weekends. We have a large deck with gas grill.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Made use of all kitchenware, etc. we LOVED THE PORCH. We mined for rocks and found emeralds, aquamarine, garnets, rubies and several other stones. It was delightful! Also visited the Highlands twice this road is a bit scary but beautiful none the less. People all we very friendly.

Summary: Beautiful cabin in the mountains of Franklin NC. Clean, well supplied cabin. A great place for a couple to get away. Comfortable bed, and it was in the center of everywhere we wanted to travel to. I would highly recommend this "Happy Place" to others.

Summary: Everything was great. Very nice cottage. Had alot of nice touches . Fireplace was a plus so nice and cozy. Only thing that would have been nice was lighting by driveway. Looked like motion lights were there but did not come on . Definitely will stay again.
