Summary: The property was in a great location. The house had enough room for our family. It was very musty smelling as if no one had been there to prep for our visit. A huge pile of leaves had to be moved from the front door so we could check in. The hot tub smelled of stagnant water and was slimy. I called for a service and never received one. Would never have picked this house if we knew the hot tub was not working. Disappointed that the house wasn’t cleaner/fresher. And that no one checked on the hot tub. It has potential to be a nice house. Needs some attention.

Summary: This property has many pros and cons, so I have mixed feelings about it. Pros: - The pictures are an exact replica of the house - The secluded area was nice for our family - The bedrooms were a nice size and had AC - There were plenty of bathrooms - The fire pit was huge - The wrap around porch was beautiful and allowed for plenty of activities - The natural light in the living area was perfect - HOT TUB, need I say more? 😁 - It’s pet friendly and our little dog loved it - Check-in and check-out were super easy Cons - Aside from the bedrooms, the house was HOT. There was a thermostat, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it, so we were roasting in the living area. - The beds were uncomfortable - There was a lot of dust and cobwebs everywhere - The yard was rough. There were too many rocks that were a safety hazard and the little bit of grass was a little high. - The couches sucked you in as soon as you sat on them - The pool table had holes in the pockets, so the balls fell through - The upstairs bathtub kept filling with water when we showered in it - One of the deck chairs has a huge slice in it, so we couldn’t use it - A fair amount of the house was just outdated and not well kept
