Negative: ELECTRICITY WENT OUT A COUPLE TIMES, ONCE FOR 3 HRS . APT.DID HAVE FLASHLIGHT BUT NO CANDELS OR MATCHES. THIS SEEMED LIKE WAS A ON GOING PROBLEM THAT EXSTING RESIDENTS REPORTED

Positive: I thought this property was nice. Cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed it since it was close to Taos Ski Valley. It had all the necessary kitchen equipment plus the bed was good.

Negative: Smoke alarm needs a new battery. Started chirping at 4am. No big deal.
