Enjoy the wildlife in the front lawn and enjoy the outdoors! Large living room has 2 separate recliners and a large sectional with 2 recliners for optimal guest relaxation. Get away from all the noise and stress here and take a walk or hike. Near the National Forest, skiing, fishing etc. Bring the bikes along also! We are excited to announce we now have free wifi....and the speed is very good for our area! Holly Meadows Golf Course is approx. 6 miles away. Check out Blackwater Outdoor Adventures....white water rafting at it's best. Just 4 miles away

Summary: A friend and I decided to do some hiking in West Virginia and check out some waterfalls. This place was centrally located so that we were able to travel to the trails that were interesting to us. The place was clean and quiet, bathroom looks to be newly renovated and was very nice. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but it definitely suited our needs.

Summary: We stayed during a severe winter storm dumping over 10 inches of snow. The owner cleared the driveway of snow and called to check on us. The cottage us very well kept and in close proximity to many outdoor activities.

Summary: Very nice remote but handy house for activities in the Parsons area. Very quiet neighborhood, saw several deer traveling back and forth.

Summary: The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The bathroom was immaculate. The house was very warm and toasty when we arrived and it was in the teens outside. My only issue was the last 6 miles getting to the house. The road is narrow, winding and hilly with some serious drop offs…not for the faint of heart during a snowy weekend. But the sledding and snow tubing nearby made it worth it.
