Positive: The house is full of charm and personality. It is spacious and in a good location.

Negative: Vacasa and Booking.com did NOT communicate as to this reservation and a second booking for the same house which was to have made for a continuous 7 night stay. This resulted in our being denied the originally booked 3 night stay following this 4 night stay. Vacasa did not ensure that the house was clean for our arrival. Only after calling their emergency number at 5 (and again at 6 pm) did we get the house cleaned. The cleaning crew was thorough, polite and extremely accommodating when they did arrive, but the schedule had not been clear and we were not expected until the following day.

Summary: Work directly with the gracious property managers if you can avoid Vacasa.
