Summary: Ken came to the rescue when our original reservation was double booked! He made sure we were taken care in a very quick manner and responded to all of my inquiries timely!

Summary: Our group was a 3 generation family ranging in age from 4-60’s. The house was as described. There was a large downstairs room with pool table, small tv and and 2 sofas. It was very comfortable. The 4 person hot tub is in a 3 season room off this room. The main floor was open and had a huge sofa that could seat 8-10. There was a large fireplace which we didn’t use. A table that sat 6-8 in the kitchen. If you have a large group there isn’t room for everyone to sit at the table, but we sat on the couch and table to eat which was fine. Wifi was accessible. Previous reviews said the host was very responsive which I'm going to guess is accurate should the need arise. I will preface this by saying there was no instance I needed to contact him. I did send 2 emails and a text which were not read--1 included the contract which he called me about 2 days later-when told I sent them he was able to find. The 2nd had a non-urgent question which I managed to find the answer to subsequently. The text was just an exit FYI that we had left prior to checkout time. I presume calling is the best method. There were a lot of rules with what charges would be incurred if anything was broken/missing--not unusual, but extensive. Luckily we did not break anything including the rules :) Overall, the check in procedure was seamless, the house was as described. Lots of beds for our extended family. It was very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Summary: The house was very clean and well organized. Ken left detailed instructions on everything that needed to be done and was readily available if we had questions. The fireplace and common area are spacious. They were great places for everyone to hang out. The location is unbeatable, 7 minutes to the mountain and close to restaurants. Hot tub was clean and a great addition after a day of skiing. We would recommend this house for large groups desiring a great location and good host.

Summary: Great Location. Beautiful fireplace. Fun times with a party of 16. 8 adults and 8 children, plenty of space. Ken was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. 10 minute ride to Mount Snow. Highly recommended.

Summary: This property is great for large groups, we had a group of 16 and there was plenty of space for everyone. On top of the space, the amenities are very nice. Our group enjoyed use of the hot tub, sauna, pool table and fireplace. 5-10 minute drive from Mount Snow. Ken was very helpful and assisted with an inquiries we had. 5/5 Stars, we definitely would rent this place again.

Summary: "Had a great time at this place for a quick getaway. This was a work retreat that I booked last minute. House is clean, private, and very close to the mountain. We liked the organization and response time of the owner. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, huge living room and fireplace. I would recommend this place to families, reunions, work retreats like ours and anyone coming from New York City. Did not have a chance to use the hot tub room, but looks Impressive. Would definitely come back here.Thank you."

Summary: We had a wonderful time here. House has everything we need. Ken is very nice, caring about the customers, very responsible and easy to reach out to. House is clean. Highlight is the indoor hot tub which I really enjoyed. Big place, close to the mountain, all new kitchen supplies, pots/pans . Cool layout with lots of space and giant living rooms. We had just one front-wheel drive car but driveway is large and flat, well-plowed, looks like it can hold 7 or 8 cars. Amazing, warm fireplace and nice views. We highly recommend this house. Thanks Ken for a great stay!

Summary: This house has everything needed for my family of 14. Spacious living room, lots of games for the kids and a nice kitchen with all new cookware. We especially like the close proximity to Mount Snow, under 5 minutes, and the peaceful location away from the main road. Driveway is ample for our 5 cars. Fireplace is awesome, styled like a ski lodge. Everyone is together. TVs appear to be WiFi-based only, Netflix ./Hulu. Plenty of movies. We extended our stay and are having a great time! I would recommend this place to any large group of 10 to 20 guests

Summary: This place was perfect for our reunion of friends and their families. Close to the mountain and ample parking. House is spacious for all guests, with a perfect fireplace to gather around. Beds are comfortable and there was room for all 14 of us in separate beds. The second living room with the pool table and some house games gave everyone something to enjoy. The place feels like a classic ski house with lots of cool things and decorations inside. Modern/updated cookware for the nice open kitchen is a plus for those who like to cook. House access is easy for anytime check-in. Exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely come back in the future.

Summary: Ken’s beautiful, quaint, and spacious home tucked in the woods near the lake provides a secluded getaway that is proximate to downtown Southampton. From the time our group of friends and family arrived, he immediately greeted us in the parking lot and offered to help carry the bags in. The house was very well kept with plenty of space for my entire group to stay. The pool is large, hot tub is roomy, and the outdoor deck is spacious. The beach is easy to get to and downtown Southampton is just a few minutes drive. We will definitely stay here again.
