Positive: Lovely hotel in the centre of Madaba. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff clearly just want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They provide everything you need to ensure you have a great stay and the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the mosaic. Breakfast was very good.

Positive: The room was very comfortable, & the hosts very kind. We appreciated that the property is all non-smoking. I worried about street noise initially, but it was not as bad once it was later in the evening. They had earplugs in the rooms as well if they were needed. Our meal in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and they have alcohol available which is hit or miss in Jordan.

Negative: It was not clear initially that booking their restaurant only had a family style meal as an option. We confirmed we planned to eat there when we were asked so they could go shopping, then on arrival were told we could only do a big meal, which we had not planned on. We were asked what time we wanted to eat, but then were told 7pm was not possible so were given 8pm, which made me wonder why we were asked at all... the meal was absolutely delicious, but we barely put a dent in it which feels like such a waste.

Positive: We were really impressed with this hotel. We stayed here upon our late night arrival into Jordan, locating it quite easy, even in the dark. We actually liked it so much we stayed here on our last night in Jordan as well. It’s actually a great base for the entire region, just outside of Amman, but within easy reach of the Dead Sea and many other tourist attractions of central and northern Jordan. Plenty of free parking on site in a secure lot. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and he made sure our stay was top notch and worry free. All of the staff here were excellent – very service focused , friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with fridge and AC and good Wifi internet. We weren’t bothered by any outside city noises (contrary to some previous reviews) and had a great sleep. We were impressed that all of the minibar drinks and snacks were complimentary – nice touch! The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of fresh fruit and traditional Jordanian dishes, and it turned out to be the best breakfast we experienced during our 2 weeks in Jordan. We absolutely loved it! Plus the fact you can sit outside and eat it. We also had our best evening meal in Jordan here as well – not to be missed!! Surprisingly, there is a very well-equipped gym on site. Plenty of cardio gear and lots of free weights and machine weights.

Positive: This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Madaba. Great location and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. You must have dinner in the restaurant! It was so tasty and a real experience. We had a local beer too - would recommend! Afterwards we had a glass of Jordanian wine on the terrace which was lovely. The room was very spacey and we slept so well. The gym is also very well equipped! And the breakfast - wow!! So much choice and so fresh. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we wish we stayed longer!!

Positive: Everything was perfect. The rooms are amazing beyond all expectations, unique and much better than any of 5 star hotel rooms far and wide. Unfortunately, we were too late for dinner, but considering the incredible and complete breakfast, I can just imagine what we missed. Very nice restaurant and reach high quality breakfast buffet. Booked two rooms both super stylish, big bathrooms, working minibar, complimentary drinks, top beds bedding, no dust in hidden corners. Rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, lobby,...... everything spotless clean. Since we are in this business ourselves, I know how difficult it is to maintain the highest guest ratings, this hotel, the owners and the staff deserve 100 points out of 10!!! Unfortunately we stayed just one night before our departure day. The best advice to visit Jordan, on beginning of travel visit Petra, Wadi Rum and the rest of south than stay in this hotel for couple of nights and make daily trips to Jarash, Amman, Dead sea......

Negative: Maybe more fancy and hotel style main entrance could upgrade the guest experience and impress them already on arrival.

Summary: Sad that we only stayed one night, but we would be happy to return.
