Summary: The room was ok and adequate for our needs. Reasonably clean, but not immaculate. Great location where close enough to CBD or Balmoral and Mt Eden of course, and up the drive way from the main road so easy to get to but still away from the traffic noise. Kids loved the pool to cool off in and check in was pretty smooth. Our family of 6 stayed and would go there again.

Summary: Surprised at the quality of our unit. Certainly in much better condition than I expected for a 3 star hotel. Great shower, comfortable bed, nice pillows. Great staff.

Summary: Location is convinient to our needs (not tourist spots) but it's easy parking to go in and out. We don't mind that the place a bit run down as long as it's clean. This place is clean but using too much chemical and it smells too strong. Maybe air out the room before it's "ready" for guest

Summary: Although the tennis court is near & it’s not that quiet once they start their training, it’s great the Motel have blackout curtains because the flood lights from the tennis court are very bright, but they must have a certain time before they shut down, may not be the best place to stay if you are wanting to sleep in. But in saying that I loved it :) don’t be put off by what I have written.
