Negative: NOISE, noise isolation is basically NON EXISTENT, it's like you are sleeping on the street. You can hear every voice coming from the street but especially from the next door guests, and if they come with the children, you can hear everything like they are in your room. It was disaster, I couldn't sleep or rest any day

Positive: It is clean, the beds are very comfortable

Negative: What we didn't like is the front door and the door knob on it. In order to have the conditioner running, U have to insert the key and close doors and windows - this is OK. The problem is that when U go outside and U forget your key, U cannot get in, because there is no door handle, so U are locked outside. So why U have to go outside - for example because only outside there is a table where U can sit and eat. U cannot do this inside as there is no space. With other words - if U want to stay in the terrace, then U cannot have the air-conditioner cooling your room at the same time - this is very unpleasend in the afternoon when U come from the beach and want to cool down the apartment, but for this to happen, somebody needs to be punished and stay inside until it is cooled down. We had the case where we got locked outside in the morning during breakfast - one of the kids just closed the door during our breakfast. Our phones were inside, so U cannot call the host. Fortunately we had one window left unlocked, so we opened it and literally threw our son inside (this because there is window fence and only very slim person can get in), so he opened the door from inside.

Positive: We did not have breakfast there. We had stayed there in years past and love the location. Room seemed upgraded/remodeled and I liked the newer AC/heat units. TV was nice too.

Negative: We missed seeing any human who was a representative of the property. It gave us an impersonal experience...not alot different than the old Automats. Price seemed to have a number of hidden fees. This was not limited to this property on this trip, but another property not managed by Vacasa. The hidden fees took the cost per night up to the point we would not have booked it (and likely not booked the other property either). Once we discovered the fees, we couldn't cancel in that first 24 hours without yet another penalty fee. This will affect our choices to stay going forward.

Summary: The hidden fees we encountered took the price up higher than we will pay for next time.

Negative: The connect code for the internet did not work, but after calling the 800 number we were assigned a code that worked.
