Summary: The rooms are tired and need a refresh, eg dripping taps need new washers; the doors on bathroom vanity need replacing; the door lock need a puff of graphite in the locks to make them work properly. Nice central location to the wetlands and shops. Best coffee at JK's Cafe - great cakes

Summary: WiFi is atrocious constant disconnection and difficult to maintain. Front curtains when the light in on allows people outside complete visibility inside. The bath and shower door is not working and cannot be closed, the bath faucet is leaking heavily. The beds were good and clean but I would skip due to the above not a good experience I'd rather pay extra and not have the lack of privacy and low rate facilities.

Summary: Room was a good size and bed was comfortable but the bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny. I am 6’1” tall and 100kg (so not a small man) but I could only just fit in the shower.
