Summary: I would recommend this motel for anyone racing at the nearby racetrack. It was a good price, although it offers few amenities: coffee only, no breakfast. Fairly quiet, parking next to the rooms. Our only complaint was the floors were not clean. The floor had been swept or vacuumed, but our socks became filthy within minutes after we took our shoes off in the room.

Summary: The property seems like recently remodeled. I like the non carpet flooring, less hidden dirt/bacteria. The ac was very loud and the insulation wasn’t good that we heard loud shower from on of the neighbor at midnight.
