Positive: Cleanliness, table with two chairs, large room. But especially the location, right off the freeway with Starbucks and fast food places across the street and restaurants within a few blocks. Also borders neighborhood where I could take long walks and feel safe.

Negative: Very noisy heater/cooler, ran constantly.
