Positive: The motel staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is newly renovated. It was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback I can mention is that it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. That being said, I will defiantly say there again.

Positive: Stayed on way back from New Mexico from doing nature photography with another photographer. Was restful after a 10 hour drive. Comfortable beds, good shower with hot water. Not far from Cook's Slough where we did some more photography before returning to Austin.

Negative: Nothing bad.

Summary: Good location for doing anything around Uvalde. Good value.
