Positive: I arrived an hour before 3:PM and they told me what I had to pay $35 per che-in early. I left and came back at 3:pm and had to wait 15 minutes for them to attend me. The hotel was empty, it is ridiculous to be asked for $35 for the che-in ahead of time.

Positive: The front counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. My 8 year old and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Great location, between Be-Bop's Diner and Sunny's (24-hour!) Doughnuts with bagels and boba. Awesome value for our money. In Ukiah, we escaped the overcast Bay Area and had a fun time in the sun. We also checked out City of Ten Thousand Buddhas while we were there.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.

Positive: The pool was nice. I also liked the privacy that the location of my room provided, I had the whole backside of the property to myself. I liked that my dog liked it there.

Negative: All the staff members were very nice at first. Then another manager came after I guess being off work for a couple days. He ruined the entire experience. Motel 6 needs to do a better job hiring. I guess anyone can manage a hotel 6. I wont ever rent a hotel from them again. It's not worth the very small amount of $ you might save.

Summary: Very unprofessional lead manager, the guy is an all around ass
