Positive: Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Room was clean and check in staff was very polite.

Negative: Room was dingy/worn, showerhead was clogged and not a lot of water came out. I actually washed my hair under the tub spout after my shower. Only one set of towels in room despite 2 people being on check in. There were multiple unattended children running around the parking lot and inside the hotel despite us not arriving until after 10 pm. That isn't the hotel's fault though. Someone clearly on substances actually ran into me and ran over my foot with a child's stroller when we were trying to get through the door.

Positive: “The staff at this hotel were amazing—so friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality!”

Negative: “The bed was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on wood, which made it difficult to get comfortable. My room also didn’t have a coffee machine, which I was expecting, and the TV had very few channels available. On top of that, it was quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. These things made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.”
