Positive: I'm taking a long trip and am trying to keep expenses down but don't want to compromise on cleanliness. Generally this fit the bill. I very much like that there is no additional charge for pets. Good space for dog outside necessities and poop bag and disposal provided. I was aware no breakfast was provided. Bed was comfortable. Good shower with good hot water.

Negative: The reason for my poor ratings is that when I checked in the room smelled very strongly of bleach. This itself was unpleasant. However by the time the smell mostly wore off in the morning, I could smell cigarette smoke which had been masked by the bleach smell. So the answer to who this room would be best for is smokers. Otherwise the room was very clean. Bathroom was very cramped.

Summary: Fatal flaw.

Positive: The sheets seemed clean.

Negative: The whole building had a musty smell, and our room smelled like cigarettes and was beyond basic. The towels were thin and ragged. I am thankful we only stayed a few hours during a long layover at O’Hare. I would not recommend it to anyone.
