Positive: The house is nice. It’s in a great location and there are a lot of convenient amenities. The operators are responsive and very friendly. The house is spacious, although the stairs going up are a bit narrow and steep.

Negative: I can’t sleep on a stiff bed. Both of the beds in the house were stiff beds. Luckily, I was able to get comfortable on the couch and was able to sleep well. The upstairs bathroom is very hot. It stays hot night and day unless both ac’s are running in the nearby rooms.

Negative: No sink inside and no hot water in sink. Killed cockroach in bathroom downstairs. Killed ants on bench.

Positive: Good price for this house but beware it has 3 bedrooms but only beds in 2 bedrooms

Negative: The location is quite far from town you will need a car, it is a terrace house with a tiny back yard and hard stand at front to park car, it’s on a housing estate which is mainly Thai working people. The beds were very very hard.

Summary: Overall ok but if you don’t drive it will be many taxis, make sure you ask for everything you will need in the house bef
