Summary: property was clean and secure. daily cleaning service on vacation is a great thing. around the corner is a laundry service.. no loud nearby bars so nights were quiet. It rains in Thailand and during heavy rains there was some local flooding. When the rain stopped streets were immediately passable and city of Pattaya was on spot to pump out any excess water. To be fair the flooding caused no issues and with constant rain flooding could happen anywhere in Thailand.
