Positive: The beds were exceptionally comfortable! Had a really good night's sleep. The staff was very responsive to our needs.

Negative: The TV didn't work properly at the beginning of the night but we got it fixed eventually.

Summary: It was very comfortable and I'd definitely stay again.

Positive: Location was great. We like some of the restaurants and especially the Cobra Lily Bar and Bottle. the room was very comfortable, especially liked that there were TWO chairs for relaxing. Good little 'kitchen'.

Negative: I would have liked some softer pillows, maybe a variety of firmness as there were 4 pillows.

Summary: We've stayed there before and will happily return again.

Positive: Large, well equipped and nicely decorated room. Very clean.

Negative: First experience of a remote check in hotel,,and it didn't go well. The email instructions weren't sent until a few hours before we were due to arrive. We had poor mobile reception and the email hadn't arrived when we got to the hotel. The number to ring for assistance was not in service. Eventually, we received three emails. One had the wrong room code and didn't work. The second gave us someone else's room number and code and allowed us access to their room (worrying). Finally, we got in and it was fine until the maid burst in on us before we were due to check out. She had obviously been given the wrong room number to clean. If you are going to use this system, please get it right. Send your check in instructions at least 24 hours before and give the correct information. This has put us off recommending your hotel.
