Summary: Wayne was very accommodating and the location was excellent, easy access by ferry, close to zoo, wonderful walking paths and beaches . Overall a wonderful place to stay. Our only complaint would be that the AC unit struggled to cool the studio on hot days.

Summary: I visit Sydney every January and have stayed in Wayne's studio several times. To me, it offers the best value in Mosman. The apartment block is quiet and secure and the studio has a very well-equipped kitchen as well as wonderful views over Mosman.. very close to the bus and ferries as well as fabulous harbour walks.

Summary: This place had everything you’d need. It was clean, well maintained, laundry facilities right outside your door (shared with one other unit), big and comfortable bed, lots of windows, nice kitchen and bathroom, and the roof top terrace…wow! What a view. Whether day or night it’s stunning. I exercised up there. Nobody else around. Great location close to bus and ferry. 20 minute walk to shops and 35 minute walk to Balmoral beach. Highly recommended!

Summary: As described, a neat, clean, comfortable studio. Suited my needs as a solo traveller with a car, parking was close to entrance. The roof top terrace view is spectacular of harbour and bridge.

Summary: Over from UK and stayed in Mosman for a week. Apartment was ideal for what we needed. Ferry easy to access to get to Circular Quay (although walk back up road will get the heart rate up 😉 ). Overall very clean, well appointed and would very much recommend. Roof top view was a bonus with stunning view of Sydney Harbour bridge and the Sydney skyline.

Summary: Property was as described. We like Mosman. Only issue was our unit carpark had been allocated to another person renting a different unit. On street parking is challenging in the area at times.
