Positive: Absolutely amazing stay! The customer service and reception was impeccable - and special shoutout to Ani, she was super helpful in helping us with all our needs! The hotel is nested at the bottom of this lushy green mountain, with proximity to a little lake where to chill and admire the beauty of the valley. The swimming pool was a great feature to enjoy, especially late at night (closing at 10pm), with warm water relaxing sunbeds. Also not to miss the hot steamed sauna, located at the top floor in the wellness center: a stunning view of a portion of Jermuk and also available till 10pm. The treatments included in the package need to be booked upon seeing their specialist, which will inform you about the quantity and length of the treatments. The ones included in the room package are good, and I've found them relaxing. The included breakfast was top-notch both in terms of quality and variety, with a literal feast right in front of you to start the morning in the best possible way. Pair that with a beautiful terrace to just chill and enjoy your morning coffee or a cigarette, was a beautiful combination to it all. Could not recommend it more, and an absolute pleasure to have stayed there during our time in Jermuk. Well done!

Negative: The single beds were a bit hard for my tastes. Also, since there are all the spaces and facilities for it, a little night entertainment would have been great. But I saw that they are doing renovations and expanding the facilities, so I am curious to come back and see the venue again.

Positive: They have a heated swimming pool & big comfortable rooms. They also have a medical wing with many different procedures available (we opted for a full body massage each). Staff are generally very friendly & helpful.

Negative: The food options are quite poor which is a real missed opportunity in Jermuk as the alternatives are not great either. They only have a sloppy looking buffet that you might find in a school canteen or a hospital – not in a five star hotel. The spa facilities need to be prebooked rather than as part of the pool area (i.e. jacuzzis etc.). It’s not made clear which is available and what is not (e.g. we were told that the Sauna isn’t open yet). Finally, the hotel bar is a rather soulless place in the basement.
